How much compensation could I receive?+

It depends on your injuries, income loss, and the details of your accident. A July 2026 reform made some accident benefits optional, so your coverage matters too. We'll give you a realistic picture once we understand your situation. That's part of your free case review.

How long does a claim usually take?+

There is no standard timeline. It depends on your injuries, treatment, the benefits you need, and whether anything is disputed. We'll give you a realistic idea of what to expect once we understand your situation.

What if the insurance company has already contacted me?+

What if I don't have any visible injuries?+

Psychological and soft-tissue injuries can also qualify for accident benefits, even when there are no visible physical injuries. Moreover, some injuries may not appear until days or even weeks after the accident.
